We offer Flat rate $25 Shipping charge to Australia and New Zealand destinations!

All items are insured and completely tracked through a tracking number provided.

Processing Your Order

We take care of your order right away so you can get your jewellery as soon as possible. We work hard to protect our customer’s personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders are processed within one to four business days unless stated otherwise (eg weekends or public holidays), and then shipped to you immediately, according to your preferred method of shipping.

Shipping your Order

For your security, signature is required upon delivery. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. Please note that for security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

An email notification will be sent the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. For any unfortunate event if your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you within two business days in regards to why your shipment has been held up.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is shipped, the email confirmation of shipment will also contain a consignment number or tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient’s doorstep. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel. Please be advised that depending on your inbox’s security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check your ‘SPAM’ or ‘Junk’ mail inbox periodically. Also, be sure to add tisajewellers@gmail.com to your Email Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your inbox.

International Orders

All international parcels are shipped through International registered post with Australia Post and delivered by the local postal service once in the destination country. All products are insured against loss while in transit to you. Once you have received the parcel, the goods are your responsibility and The Tisa jewellers does not insure your item any longer.

Please note each country has different import duty and tax thresholds. Depending on your country’s import laws you may be charged import duty and taxes by customs at the packages point of entry.
